You should update this document to reflect your T&C.
Below text serves as a suggestion and doesn’t engage Odoo S.A. responsibility.
1. By entering into a business agreement with Mount Meru Group, the client acknowledges and agrees to waive any and all standard terms and conditions they may have, regardless of whether they were established after these terms and conditions of sale. Any exceptions or modifications to these terms and conditions must be explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to their implementation.
2. Payment for our services is due within 21 working days from the date of invoice, unless stated otherwise on the invoice or order. Failure to make payment by the due date grants Mount Meru Group the right to charge a fixed interest payment of 10% on the outstanding amount. Additionally, Mount Meru Group reserves the right to suspend any services without prior notice in the event of late payment.
3. If a payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Mount Meru Group reserves the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agency and the client will be responsible for all legal expenses incurred in this process.
4. Some countries enforce withholding at source on invoice amounts as per their internal legislation. The client is solely responsible for paying any required withholding to the respective tax authorities. Mount Meru Group is not liable for any costs associated with a country's legislation. The invoice amount is payable in full to Mount Meru Group and does not include any costs related to the client's location legislation.
5. Mount Meru Group is committed to providing efficient services within agreed-upon timeframes to the best of its abilities. However, it should be noted that our obligations do not guarantee specific outcomes. Under no circumstances can Mount Meru Group be compelled by the client to act as a third party in any claims or damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
6. In order for a claim to be considered valid, the client must notify Mount Meru Group in writing via recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of goods delivery or service provision.
7. All contractual relations between the parties shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
